Unconditional enjoyment by Ralph Marston - The Daily Motivator

One of the most reliable ways to ruin your enjoyment of life is to put too many conditions on that enjoyment. You can put so much time and energy into getting the conditions just right, that there's nothing left to enjoy.
Instead of seeking and striving to enjoy life, just simply enjoy it. Enjoy the moment you're in, without placing so many judgments or conditions on it.
Is it really so important that events and circumstances line up in exactly the way you wish? Of course it's not.
Often, life's surprises can turn out to be pleasant surprises if you'll simply let them. Make the choice to do less fighting against what comes, and more enjoying of what is.
Think of the time and effort you put into proving you're right or getting your way. Visualize spending that time instead in unconditional, authentic enjoyment of the amazing life with which you're blessed.
Don't work so hard to make enjoyment what you think it should be. Just relax and let your life be filled with the rich enjoyment of each special moment.

Aside from the drama by Ralph Marston - The Daily Motivator

You have created the stories in your mind that continue to give power to your limitations. And just as you have created those stories, you can let them go.
You have the ability to hold yourself back, and to hide your true power from yourself. And when you choose, you can reveal that great power, allowing yourself to become aware of it, and make full, creative, beneficial use of it.
What you have hidden or ignored, you can even more easily discover and utilize. Instead of struggling around what should or should not have been, awaken to the immense power and joyful possibility of what is.
Fulfillment is your natural state, if only you will let it be. Step easily and peacefully aside from the drama you've invented about what has been or what will be, and experience the positive power that is now.
In whatever you truly appreciate, you will find great value. So choose to appreciate all that is and all that you are.
Are you ready to live at the very highest level? Step completely into now with no judgments or reservations, and let yourself be.

Unique Voice .by Ralph Marston - The Daily Motivator

The value in your life comes from your desire to live it in your own special way. Feel the substance of those deeply held desires, and give them life in each moment.
The most meaningful and helpful gifts you can give to others come from your own unique perspective. Celebrate and joyfully give life to that perspective in new and creative ways each day.
Within you there is immense and unique value. Don't be ashamed or afraid to let it flow out from you, for it can brighten and enhance every circumstance.
If others choose to place negative judgments on you, that's their problem, not yours. Keep right on expressing your own special perspective, and you cannot help but create impressive, exceptional value.
Sing your own songs with your own distinct voice, and give the beauty of your joyful, creative self to each moment. Let your very own light shine brilliantly today, and every day, on all of life.

Feel Life by Ralph Marston - The Daily Motivator

In order to feel your immense power, you must feel. Just go ahead and allow your authentic, living feelings to be, and move your life powerfully forward.
The way you feel connects you to the truth of who you are. Accept and acknowledge those feelings, and that truth becomes increasingly clear.
Listen to what you are telling yourself with the way you feel. Acquaint yourself with the full extent of the power you have by fully feeling the beautiful reality of who you are.
Be willing to accept the feelings as they come, and nurture your life with their energy. Then, be just as willing to let them go, so they never have to burden you, and so there will be space for new feelings to arise.
Instead of pushing your feelings down with judgment and fear, welcome the authentic power and truth they bring. You are here now to feel every rich and vibrant aspect of your existence.
Feel the life that is yours in each moment you live. Feel the truth, feel the positive power, and make a uniquely beautiful life with it all.

Naturally Positive
Taking a positive approach to life will bring many rich rewards. Yet forcing yourself to be positive is not the way to get there.
Forcing yourself to be positive is not being positive. Fighting against negativity is not being positive.
When you merely try to be positive, your focus is on the trying and not on any actual positive substance. The very act of trying to be positive is a clear sign that you're not.
Instead, allow yourself to be naturally positive by experiencing, in your mind or in your world, what you truly love. Let go of the striving and let love be.
If positive thinking is just another item on your list of things to do, it won't bring you any real value. Instead of making it a chore to be positive, just give it room and reason to easily and naturally grow within you.
Seek less judgment and feel more joy. Be naturally positive and authentically empowered.

Diana Ross: It's My Turn Lyrics
I can't cover up my feelings in the name of love
Or play it safe for a while that was easy
And if living for myself is what I'm guilty of
Go on and sentence me I'll still be free
It's my turn to see what I can see
I hope you'll understand this time's just for me
Because it's my turn with no apologies
I've given up the truth to those I've tried to please
But now it's my turn if I don't have all the answers
At least I know i'll take my share of chances
Ain't no use in holding on when nothing stays the same
So I'll let it rain 'Cause the rain ain't gonna hurt me
And I'll let you go 'Though I know it won't be easy
It's my turn with no more room for lies
For years I've seen my life through someone else's eyes
And now it's my turn to try and find my way
And if I should get lost at least I'll own today
It's my turn, Yes, it's my turn
And there ain't no use in holding on when nothing stays the same
So I'll let it rain 'Cause the rain ain't gonna hurt me
And I'll let you go 'Though I know it won't be easy
It's my turn to see what I can see
I hope you'll understand this time's just for me
Because it's my turn to turn and say goodbye
I sure would like to know that you're still on my side
Because it's my turn it's my turn
It's my turn to start from number one
Trying to undo some damage that's been done
But now it's my turn to reach and touch the sky
No one's gonna say at least I didn't try
It's my turn, Yes, it's my turn
It's my turn, It's my turn
It's my turn

Total Acceptance
It is through total acceptance of what is, that you gain total control of what can be. By allowing life to come to you, you empower your purpose to radiate out from you.
You cannot successfully fight against what is. For the moment you choose to fight, you're fighting against a past that cannot be changed.
Accept the energy that comes to you in this now moment, whatever flavor that energy may be. Apply that energy to create a beautiful future filled with joy and positive purpose.
Embrace each circumstance as it comes into your awareness. By doing so you will gain access to its positive possibilities.
Live from a place of deep-seated peace. Instead of jumping into a reaction at every turn of events, exude a consistent, confident purpose.
Lovingly accept every bit of life as it comes your way. And you will always find much to truly love.

Foremost expert
There is no other person who is smart enough, or experienced enough, or informed enough or insightful enough to tell you how to live. That's up to you. Certainly the advice and guidance of others can be extremely valuable. Yet when it comes to expressing and fulfilling the best of who you are, you are the world's foremost expert.
It feels good to be praised and it hurts to be criticized. Always keep in mind, though, that those who offer their opinions of you cannot possibly see the whole picture.
Your life is your responsibility. That is simultaneously a sobering obligation and a fantastic opportunity.
Successful living is difficult work and yet you are absolutely qualified to do it. You are worthy and capable of creating and enjoying whatever it is that truly fulfills you.
Make the commitment, do the work, accept the responsibility that is necessary for that fulfillment. Live the outstanding life that is yours to experience.

The Voice of Your Purpose
Actions are an absolute necessity for meaningful accomplishment. So are dreams. For if you cannot dream it, and envision it, you will not achieve it. When it tugs at your very soul, that is when you will make it happen.
You are not an unthinking, unfeeling machine that can blindly serve just any agenda. Your effectiveness comes from your purposeful involvement with what you do.
There is a reason why you feel everything you feel. Those feelings are the voice of your purpose.
It is difficult and challenging to follow those dreams that flow from your purpose. Yet when the purpose is true, it will feel stronger than any challenge.
Listen to the voice of your purpose. Dream and do, and give to life the unique value that is yours to create.

You are the Company You Keep!
The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity. An important attribute in successful people is their impatience with negative thinking and negative acting people.
As you grow, your associates will change. Some of your friends will not want you to go on. They will want you to stay where they are. Friends that don’t help you climb will want you to crawl. Your friends will stretch your vision or choke your dream. Those that don’t increase you will eventually decrease you.
Consider this:
Never receive counsel from unproductive people. Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the solution, because those who never succeed themselves are always first to tell you how. Not everyone has a right to speak in your life. You are certain to get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas with the wrong person. Don’t follow anyone who’s not going anywhere…
With some people you spend an evening: with others you invest it. Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of life. Wise is the person who fortifies his life with the right friendships. If you run with wolves, you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights. “A mirror reflects a man’s face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of friends he chooses.”
The simple but true fact of life is that you become like those with whom you closely associate – for the good and the bad.
