Today was an awesome day. I went to Train Fit's Summer Excursion Hike. This was in Irish Town, St. Andrew. 5.5 miles long and a lot of fun. The entire journey was great. After the hike I had lunch and got a body massage. I also participated in an event (doing the reptile crawl, burpees, frog jumps and balance the bucket) which I won and received a hotel stay at Goblin Hill Villas at San San as my prize. Yahooo! I also won a one month gym membership from another contest. Can I say, today was awesome? Today was awesome!!

Day 38 of #100happydays Meditation
I have made meditation a priority again. Somehow I stopped meditating. I think my chakras are out of whak. My mind has also been chattering a lot lately and it needs more quiet time!
Day 37 of #100happydays Pap Smear Results
A Pap test can save your life. It can find early signs of cervical
cancer. If caught early, the chance of successful treatment of cervical
cancer is very high. Pap tests can also find abnormal cervical cells
before they turn into cancer cells. Treating these abnormal cells can
help prevent most cases of cervical cancer from developing. Getting a
Pap test is the best thing you can do to prevent cervical cancer.
So, I got normal results back from my pap test. Yipee!
(not that I was concerned but yah know ...)

Day 36 of #100happydays Tuff Warrior Challenge
I made it through the Tuff Warrior Challenge which was a 5K with a military style 17 obstacle course. It was a test of fitness, strength, stamina, and mental & physical endurance. There was teamwork and camaraderie. Although I picked up a few minor bumps and bruises along the way I completed all 17 obstacles and survived like a true warrior!!
